ACTIVITIES IN GRANADA
Wednesday May 31:
10:00 h: Inauguration of the exhibition of armed forces supplies. Paseo del Salón. Schedule: Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00.
19:00 h: Exhibition of armed forcer personnel and material. Plaza de Toros.
Thursday June 1:
18:00 h: Parade of military music bands. Music bands from different units of Armed Forces and Guardia Civil will go through the streets of Granada to meet in the esplanade of Palacio de Congresos and give a concert.
Saturday June 3:
11:30 h: Main event of Armed Forces Day in Granada. Roundabout Gonzalo Gallas.

AFFECTIONS TO MOBILITY
During the installation and disassemble in the parade area might be street narrowing, main traffic cuts in the area of Mendez Núñez, Gonzalo Gallas, Albert Einstein. Pay attention to guidelines of Local Police of Granada.
DAYS 30 AND 31 MAY
Traffic cut in Dr. Olóriz, Dr Azpitarte, Dr Marañón, Dr Mesa Moles, from 15:00 to 22:00 hours.
For the exhibitions, it is prohibitted to park from May 29 to June 1 in Doctor Azpitarte, Mesa Moles and Marañón streets.
Diversions in North South sense
U1 From Cardenal Parrado - Avenida de Madrid - Ribera del Beiro - Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas - Nuestra Señora de la Salud, and back to usual itinerary.
U2 From Cardenal Parrado - Avd. de Pulianas - Ancha de Capuchinos - Avd. Hospicio - Avd. Constitución turning to Avd. Severo Ochoa in the crossroad for turistic train - Méndez Núñez - Motorway roundabout - Head Stop in Colegio Mayor Albaycin (Hotel Center), and back to usual itinerary.
U3 - N9 From Cardenal Parrado - Avd. de Pulianas - Ancha de Capuchinos - Avd. Hospicio, and back to usual itinerary
N5 - 33 From Juan Pablo II - Ribera del Beiro - Avd. Pulianas - Ancha Capuchinos.
N6 From Juan Pablo II - Ribera del Beiro - Avd. Pulianas - Ancha Capuchinos - Avda. Constitución to Caleta and back to usual itinerary.
DAY JUNE 1
On June 1st will take place a military music band parade that, starting at 18:00 hours from different locations in the city, that will meet at 19:00 hours in the esplanade of Palacio de Congresos.
Due to the performance of music band parade, traffic will be shut in the streets affected.
From 17:40 to 18:30 hours will be closed to traffic:
- Acera del Darro.
- Paseo del Violón.
- Paseo del Salón.
- Poeta Manuel de Góngora.
- Pablo Picasso.
DAY JUNE 3
On June 3 will be the Parade of Armed Forces from 11:30 hours trhough Severo Ochoa, Fuente Nueva, Albert Einstein, Méndez Núñez and Arabial.
We highly recommend not to use private vehicle.
TRAFFIC CUTS FROM 7:00 TO 17:00 HOURTS aprox
Trafic cut in Doctor Olóriz, Constitución, Severo Ochoa, Rector Marín Ocete, Santa Bárbara, Rector López Argüeta, Fuente Nueva, Méndez Núñez, Gonzalo Gallas, Albert Einstein, Camino de Ronda (from Recogidas), Arabial, Neptuno, Guitarrista Manuel Cano.
Access to Granada from GR30 through Méndez Núñez will be closed. Upwards sense of Neptuno Street will be closed from Motorway roundabout.
PUBLIC TRANSPOST
URBAN BUS
Diversions on 30 and 31 May, in the morning of days 1, 2 and 3 June. From 29/05.2023 to 05/06.2023 bus head stop in plaza Albert Einstein will be cancelled.
Urban bus on June:
During all week, main bus lines crossing Granada from North to South will be operative (Lines 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 21 and 33), will keep service, but with slightly diversions.
Sense North-South: Ribera del Beiro, av. Pulianas, Ancha de Capuchinos, av. del Hospicio, Gran Vía.
Sense South-North: bus line will go through Acera del Darro, Reyes Católicos, Gran Vía, Triunfo, av. de Madrid.
Bus lines C30, C32 and C35 until 12:30 will have their usual itinerary. Between 12-12:30 and 16:00 hours, service will be closed, getting through Molinos, Cuesta Escoriaza, Salón, Carretera de la Sierra and Ntra. Sra. de la Alhambra.
TAXI
From 29.05.2023 to 05.06.2023, taxi stop number 8 in Plaza Albert Einstein will be cancellated.
Consortium of Transport
On June 3 2023, due to the celebration of the PARADE OF ARMED FORCES metropolitan bus lines with head stop in Rector Marín Ocete, Avenida de Fuente Nueva and Avenida de Andaluces (Renfe train station) bus lines 117, 121, 122, 140, 215, 225, 226, 240, 241, 242, 318, 325, 335, 340 will be affected between 7:00 hours to 17:00 hours, due to traffic cut in streets where parade will be performed.
Bus lines towards Granada will be diverted through corridor in Ribera del Beiro, Avenida de Pulianas, Ancha de Capuchinos, Profesor Emilio Orozco and will have head stop in Triunfo.
Bus lines from Granada to the metropolitan area will be diverted through the corridor in Avenida de Madrid, Ribera del Beiro and Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas and from that point back to usual itinerary.
Head stops abovementioned will change to Triunfo during the affections.
There will be cancelled stops in Avenida de la Constitución, Doctor Olóriz, Beiro and Avenida de Andaluces as well.

Underground service closed during the Parade.
PARKING
ORA SERVICE
In Paseo de los Mártires will be cancelled ORA service (ORA) on 03.06.2023.
Also will be cancelled in streets of the surroundings of activities to be developed due to parade (District of los Doctores and Plaza Albert Einstein: Dr. Marañón, Dr. Azpitarte, Martínez de la Rosa).
PARKINGS
Partial affected parking, will have limitations in their accesses points or temporal affections to acced on 03.06.2023 betweeb 07:00 hours until 16:00 hours.
- San Lázaro.
- Triunfo.
- Méndez Núñez (access through Padre Marcelino from avenida de las Alpujarras)
- Torres Neptuno
- Luna de Granada (access through Padre Marcelino from avenida de las Alpujarras)

- Alsina (just exit to Camino de Ronda)
