1. Change of fares of Urban Public Transport in Granada

From October 1st 2024 come into force new fares approved on Resoluction 23 September 2024 of Dirección General de Tributos, Financiación, Relaciones Financieras con las Corporaciones Locales y Juego.

NEW FARES OF URBAN PUBLIC COLLECTIVE TRANSPORT IN GRANADA AND APPLICATION OF 50% DISCOUNT.

Aproved the revision file to revew fares of public transport in our city, by resolution of the Dirección General de Tributos y Relaciones Financieras with Local Entities on September 23 2024, will be implementated from October 1st.

Also, current bonus of 50% mantains in travel cards (Credibús 5€, 10€, 20€, monthly card and Youth card, Universitary and RMP) until the end of deadline stablished by Government (31 December 2024).

The rise of prices approved affect less usual users of urban buses with an average rise of 3-4 cents of euro, versus rising of tickets of sporadic use.

With this measure tries to give answer to increases in prices these last years, and also update them, due to last price rising on 2017.

2. PMV prohibitted on BUS

From January 1 2024 it is prohibitted to get on the bus carrying a personal mobility vehicle.

ACCESS ON BUS CARRYING PMV (PERSONAL MOBILITY VEHICLES)

Users of Bus Urban Transport are informed that from January 1 2024 it is prohibitted to get on the bus carrying PMV (personal mobility vehicles). (BOJA 247-28.12.2023)

It is understood by PMV: one or two wheeled vehicle for one person only boosted with electrical engine whose mass in movement is under 50kg.

3. European Summit in Granada

INTERURBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT. October 5 and 6

Interchange Southr, restricted access on October 5 and 6. Will have stops in the surroundings of restricted area. Specifically:

• Southern lines, will have head stop in docks at Domingo Puente Marín St. Parallel street to avenida Fernando de los Ríos)
• Lines from La Zubia. Head stop in the dock at Paseo Emperador Carlos V, at the high of sports center Núñez Blanca.
• Lines from Dílar avenue, will follow usual itinerary through avenida de Dílar, until roundabout in avenida de América.
• Lines from east, head stop at Plaza Duque San Pedro de Galatino.

TURISTIC TRAIN. October 5 and 6

On October 5 service will be affected due to traffic cut in the Alhambra.

October 5 and 6 stops at Plaza Rotary and Poeta Manuel de Góngora St., available stops in: Alhamar St., Acera del Darro and Fuente de las Batallas, Plaza Fontiveros and Cmno de Ronda, nº 4.

5. Approval of Social Bus pass Employment Assistance Programme 2023

6. First approval of the modification of Ordinance of User´s Rights of Urban Bus

On the first of February 2021 publishes on BOP the First Approval of the modification of Ordinance of User´s Rights of collective urban buses.

Municipal Commission of Citizen´s Protection, Mobility, Metropolitan Office and Strategic Plans, in ordinary session celebrated on 22 December 2020, in the exercise of their delegated powers by the City Council Plenary, arranged:

FIRST. First approval of the modification of municipal ordinance regulatory of rights and obligations of people users of collective urban transport, under the text in the file.

SECOND. Refer this modification to a public information period for applicants to submit within thirty days complaints and suggestions.

THIRD. Be considered to have been accepted the modification of Municipal Ordinance of rights and obligations of users of collective urban transport of Granada if after this informative public period has been not submitted any claim or suggestion, and according with article 49 of the Ley reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.

What is published for general knowledge, under approved document to publication for thirty days, from the following day to the publication of this announcement in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia.

7. Urban bus service from the 1St of July

From 1 July 2020 restart service bus lines 25, C5, C30, U1, U3, 111 and 121.

8. Re-opening Customer Service Office of Transportes Rober

From 15 June resumes the customer care attention in the Customer Service Office of Transportes Rober, in their usual timetable, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00.

It will not be neccesary to request a previous appointment to make any management.

We ask users to follow guidelines of the office, so the in-person attention could be done ensuring appropiate security measures.

9. Urban bus services from 1st June

Is been stablished the next level of public urban service from 1st June according to RD 463/2020 and followings, and the de-escalating phases published by Central Government as well.

The City Council of Granada, according to stablished in the Real Decreto de alarma 463/2020 and subsequents, and the de-escalating Phases issued by the Central Goverment, has stablished the next level of service for public transport, to be implemented ON 1 JUNE:

10. Extension and new additional measures about Urban Public Transport

From 1 April will be taken additional measures for the reduction of collective urban transport service: aproximated schedules to weekend schedules, ahead of last trip from head stop at 22:00 hours (with a few exceptions).

Decrees of 15 March and 27 March 2020 are extended until Alarm State is underway.

Finally, and according to RD 476/20, 27 March, Alarm State has been extended instituted due to RD 463/20, 14 March, and after the publication of last R.D. 10/2020, 29 March, with additional restrictions to mobility with reference to those workers that are not basic services, and after the continous study of the bus demand from the begin of the Alarm State, are taken the following additional measures to reduce collective urban transport service, to match demand and supply during the last two previous weekends.

Measures are as follow below:

• On working days will have a similar level of service than stablished in last two weekends.
  (All lines but those that have already cancelled: U1, U2, U3, 111, 121, C5, 25 and C30).
• Bus line 4 will have a frequency of 20 minutes aproximately. Last trip will from head stop in PTS will be at 22:40 hours and from Chana at 22:30 hours.
• AT 22H. WILL BE LAST TRIP FROM HEAD STOP, except the following head stops:
