Decree for the cancellation of the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for limited parking in all urban roads in the municipality of Granada (ORA Zone).

due to Real Decreto 463/2020, 14 March, that declares the Alarm Status to manage the COVID-19 outbreak, and considering the Disposición Adicional única of the Regulatory Municipal Ordinance for limited parking, this Municipality-Presidency, to ease the application of guidelines given by authorities in their fight to avoid the spread of the pandemic, due to article 124.4.h) de la Ley 7/85, 2 April, Regulatory of Basis of Local Regime and for reasons of extreme and urgent neccessity,
I RESOLVED:
First.- Cancellate the application or the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for limited parking in all urban roads in the municipality under this Ordinance from 00:00 hours of Monday 16 March
2020 and until the end of the Alarm Status.
